All sales are final. If you received a defective item, please contact us at support@chasedvision.com with details of the product and the defect.

Customs, Import VAT, and Duties All prices listed on our store exclude local import taxes, customs duties, and carrier clearance fees outside of Switzerland.

For shipments outside Switzerland:

• Importer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• Additional Fees: International shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees assessed upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
